Max Mana (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Max Mana app (the “App”), how we use it, and the choices you have.
• Account Information: your email address, username, and a securely hashed password when you register. We never store your password in plain text.
• Gameplay Data: your in-game progress, including Mana, Gems, Soul Gems, buildings, Ascension level, quest progress, and store purchase history within the App.
• Technical Data: basic device/app information used only for troubleshooting and keeping the App working correctly.
• To create and maintain your account and save your progress across sessions.
• To operate in-game features such as quests, the perk shop, and the in-app store.
• To improve the App and respond to support requests.
Max Mana may offer optional in-app purchases (such as gem packs or an ad-removal package) and rewarded video ads. When active, purchases are processed by Google Play, and ads may be served by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob), which may collect device identifiers and usage data under their own privacy policies to deliver and measure ads. We never receive or store your payment card details.
We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with service providers strictly necessary to operate the App (for example, our database host, and, if enabled, app store or ad network partners as described above).
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Danger Zone → "Delete My Account", after confirming your password. This immediately and permanently removes your account, login credentials, and all game progress from our systems.
If you cannot access the App, email us at livindigitalsupport@gmail.com from your registered email address and we will delete your account within 30 days.
Max Mana is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time using the in-app deletion tool above, or by contacting us at livindigitalsupport@gmail.com.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
